Super quick service, I'm really pleased with the trash bins.

For the last ten years, we've been loyal customers of Busch Systems. Their products are top-notch, and if you ever need replacement parts—like when the snow plow knocked over some of our outdoor bins—they're easy to get. The team is super helpful throughout the whole process. Plus, Busch Systems stands out in the industry by providing insightful articles, educational workshops, and personalized advice on enhancing our collection systems. Honestly, I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars. Our rep really pays attention to our needs and shares info about new products or services that could be beneficial, rather than just pushing sales to boost their profits.

Placing the order was a breeze. We had a hefty order, and when it arrived, we didn’t have the chance to inspect all 500 bins. A couple of weeks later, after we unloaded the pallets, I found that 4 of them were damaged. I reached out to Busch and shared some photos. They issued us a credit for the 4. I really appreciate a company that stands by their products. We’ll definitely keep doing business with Busch. Their stuff is top-notch, and their customer service is fantastic.

This thing is super useful for keeping old batteries. Just make sure to tape both ends of the batteries before you toss 'em in the container. It can hold a good number of used batteries.
